PC Express guarantees all work provided to be free of defects for thirty 30 days from the date of service. If the same software problem occurs or if any hardware installed or sold by us fails, we will diagnose, repair, and/or replace it at no additional charge. All hardware sold by PC Express is also covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
There are some important exceptions to this policy:
* If any additional repairs are required that are not part of the original repair, those will be billed at regular rates.
* If the original repair was a malware removal (virus or spyware), a re-infection will not be covered.
